The MYH9 Type 1+2 DC SPD delivers coordinated protection where both direct lightning currents and switching surges may occur. Rated for Ucpv 600 Vdc, it combines Iimp 12.5 kA (10/350 µs) capability with In 20 kA / Imax 40 kA (8/20 µs) performance to safeguard inverters, combiner boxes, and DC distribution bars.
Low let-through voltage.
A voltage protection level Up ≤ 2.6 kV helps keep downstream equipment within its insulation and dielectric withstand limits, reducing stress on semiconductors and control electronics.
